Serigraph is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our team! In this role, you will play a vital part in preparing products for final shipment, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and thrives in a collaborative environment, meticulously inspecting and assessing products to guarantee accuracy and excellence. Manufacturing Technician Responsibilities -
- Inspect and/or audit product for printing, die cutting, laminating or any other defects affecting the quality of the product.
- Properly record all necessary information on labor reporting system, QA forms, job tickets and move tags.
- Perform any necessary post printing functions, i.e. counting, pop out parts, hand apply, pull sealed air, shrink wrap, package product, operate Spar punch, corona treater, toggle and pad printing equipment, laminating (including thermal) and cutting, operate SAKS equipment, operate material handling equipment and any other miscellaneous post printing equipment.
- Movement of product from one work station to the next.
- Responsible for sustaining 5s in the work area.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement by offering suggestions or changes to the current process.
- Ensure individual customer specifications are followed.
- Ensure all chemicals and materials are handled and disposed of properly per procedures.
- Ensure all environmental practices and materials are handled and disposed of per appropriate procedures.

- Pay close attention to quality at every stage of the process, upholding our commitment to delivering top-notch products and services.
- Proficiency in entering the required information into our ERP system, contributing to efficient and accurate record-keeping.
- Possess knowledge of and adhere to good departmental and company safety, housekeeping, and personal protective equipment (PPE) practices to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. We value the foundational education and skills that it represents as a minimum qualification for this role.
- Achieve a passing score of 85% or higher in the visual transformation test, with an aspirational target of reaching 100%.
