About the Program:
The Servian Graduate Program which starts in September 2022, is a six-month journey that builds depth rather than breadth, through a combination of structured learning and industry placements. Our two streams, Data & Analytics and Digital & DevOps, provide our graduates with the opportunity to choose their own adventure and select a technology area that aligns with their interests.
Data & Analytics - Design and implement robust data solutions that ensure the security, accuracy and reliability of data. Transform and operationalise analytics to enable the use of data to proactively respond to customers needs rather than interpreting past behaviour.
Digital & DevOps - Contribute towards end-to-end data-driven digital products & services, building rich experiences that drive the end user experience through the smart use of data integration. Automate processes and learn how to establish an organisation-wide culture that will enable the ability to build, test, and deploy software more rapidly, more often, and more reliably.
Servian graduates will be trained by Servian consultants, who will act as Technical Mentors and Engagement Leads. Graduates will also be involved in a comprehensive social calendar to encourage networking and fun.
