The Crew Member Program
We are looking for independent workers to join our Crew Member community. In this program, we offer the opportunity to work alongside Rocketeers on various projects with the flexibility of working from wherever and whenever you want.
This flexible role enables the Crew Member to adapt to diverse project needs and seamlessly transition between various assignments.
Roles
At ServiceRocket, we have a variety of customers and projects. With a variety of needs and skill sets that you can suit, we can identify opportunities for you in different roles:
Technical Consultant: The Technical Consultant brings specialized knowledge and hands-on expertise to ensure the technical success of assigned projects. This role is crucial for leading or supporting the technical implementation, configuration, customization, and deployment of solutions, all while adhering to project requirements. Beyond implementation, the Technical Consultant acts as a Subject Matter Expert, offering guidance on specific technologies, products, or platforms. They are key in Solution Design, collaborating with stakeholders to develop solutions that align with both business needs and technical requirements. This role also involves proactive troubleshooting and problem-solving for any technical issues that arise, alongside dedicated knowledge transfer through training, documentation, and best practices to empower customer teams.
Project Manager: The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of assigned projects within the agreed-upon scope, time, and budget. This role acts as the primary point of contact for project communications, facilitates team collaboration, manages risks, and ensures adherence to project methodologies and quality standards. The Project Manager will also undertake ad-hoc assignments and duties as required to ensure project success and operational efficiency.
Trainer: The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to equip end-users and project stakeholders with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively utilize new systems, processes, or technologies. This role includes assessing training needs, creating engaging materials, conducting sessions, and evaluating effectiveness.
Change Management: The Change Management Consultant is dedicated to guiding the organization through significant transitions, ensuring a smooth and successful adoption of new processes, systems, or technologies. The Change Management Consultant focuses on the 'how' – specifically, how people experience and adapt to change. They develop and manage comprehensive Change Planning strategies, engage key Stakeholders, craft compelling Communication plans, and deliver essential Training and Enablement programs. This consultant also conducts Impact Analysis to anticipate challenges and recommends mitigation strategies, while continuously Monitoring and Feedback to ensure effective adoption. They ensure all activities adhere to organizational Compliance and Governance.
Requirements
We are looking for experts in the field!
- Atlassian products' knowledge is a must. You need to have experience with the Atlassian suite, administering and/or implementing the tools, and advanced knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Freelancer's way of working, being comfortable working in this type of agreement.

Our goal is for you to interview us. We want you to meet our team so that you can confirm we are the right company for you to partner with.
You will first meet our TA member in charge of the process, they will be your tour guide throughout the entire journey and will be there to answer any questions you may have! Then you’ll meet the selection team and the executive of the area.
