ServiceRocket's Bootcamp will train you to be a great troubleshooter for your customer and essentially your career. Bootcampers learn both technical skills and customer service skills that will allow them to be successful as Rocketeers in our Managed Services and Support Team or our Professional Services Team. The Bootcamp is considered to be a part-time remote opportunity with details to be updated in the following quarter.

This opportunity is for people that are interested in participating in a future Bootcamp to further their skills with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Bootcamp graduates will have the opportunity to join our Company*


    • Learn how to diagnose, configure, troubleshoot and solve technical problems associated with enterprise applications used by our clients and customers, such as Atlassian and Docker. 
    • Apply your teamwork and collaboration skills.
    • Learn how to interact with customers in ways that bring the most benefit to all parties
    • Interact and learn from Rocketeers to learn about their experience
    • Document, collaborate, and share knowledge with others
    • Enhance your problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills
    • You will be accountable, take ownership and have a strong customer focus.


    • Verbal and written English proficiency, along with presenting in English
    • Strong communication skills, including active listening
    • Show a huge desire to learn and always be curious
    • Passionate and constantly learning about technology 
    • Thrive helping others and are people-oriented
    • Strong analytical skills to quickly identify issues and recommend an effective solution
    • Experience in formally giving presentations and/or facilitating meetings

Good to have

    • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent is a strong plus
    • Some level of experience in determining a value-proposition or understanding customers’ pain points or needs
    • Knowledge of shell scripting (using Korn Shell, Bourne Shell, Bash, sed, awk, Groovy scripting, Jython, Python, Nunjucks, etc.) to troubleshoot and solve customer scripting issues
    • Comfortable with Linux, Windows OS administration
    • Write, edit and debug SQL queries written in MS SQL, Postgres, MySQL, Oracle, or any other database system
    • Analyzing application server logs (Apache, Tomcat, etc) to identify the root cause
    • Knowledge of Atlassian products (including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo)
    • Experience in project management.
The actual location for this opportunity will rotate from Chile to Malaysia to fully remote.

Our Selection Process 🔎

Our goal is for you to interview us. We want you to meet our team so that you can confirm we are the right company for you. 
You will first meet our TA member in charge of the process, they will be your tour guide throughout the entire journey and will be there to answer any questions you may have! Then you’ll meet the hiring team and the executive of the area.
