About Seven Starling

Seven Starling is revolutionizing women's behavioral health through our clinically-validated virtual care platform. As a venture-backed, rapidly scaling startup at the forefront of maternal healthcare innovation, we've developed a groundbreaking clinical model that combines specialized therapy, peer support, and medication management to effectively treat perinatal mood disorders. Our approach delivers exceptional results— 90% of patients experience clinically significant symptom improvement.

We've established strategic partnerships with leading health plans including UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Aetna, plus a growing network of OBGYN clinics nationwide, positioning us for accelerated growth in the $50B+ women's behavioral health market.

We’re seeking a results-driven Clinical Recruiter to join our growing team and accelerate our hiring of 1099 therapists and nurse practitioners. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Senior Director of Operations.

This role requires someone who thinks like a sales professional - committed to not just about hitting targets, but developing innovative strategies to consistently exceed them. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle while building scalable processes that fuel our rapid growth.

If you're an experienced clinical recruitment professional with a strong commitment to our mission, we want to hear from you. Join us in paving the way for expanded access to high-quality maternal mental healthcare!

What you'll do

    • Drive high-volume recruitment of licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) and nurse practitioners for 1099 contractor positions
    • Own your numbers - track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics including pipeline conversion, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness
    • Maintain candidate quality standards while hitting volume targets, ensuring all hires meet licensing and credentialing requirements
    • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build robust candidate pipelines across multiple states
    • Experiment with new recruitment channels - professional associations, social media, referral programs, industry events, and digital platforms
    • Optimize conversion rates at each stage of the recruitment funnel through process improvements and candidate experience enhancements
    • Build relationships with clinical communities to establish our company as the preferred platform for independent practitioners
    • Own recruitment analytics - track pipeline health, conversion metrics, source performance, and ROI by channel
    • Provide strategic insights to senior leadership on market conditions, hiring challenges, and opportunities
    • Collaborate with capacity planning to align recruitment efforts with patient demand forecasts
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from initial outreach through onboarding handoff
    • Coordinate with credentialing and onboarding teams to ensure smooth candidate experience
    • Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and provide regular pipeline reporting
    • Develop scalable recruitment processes that can grow with the business

Who you are

    • 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or 1099/contractor roles
    • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding hiring targets (20+ hires per month)
    • Strong understanding of clinical licensure requirements across multiple states
    • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment analytics to drive decision-making
    • Sales mentality - comfortable with targets, metrics, and performance accountability
    • Excellent communication skills for engaging with licensed healthcare professionals
    • Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment tools/platforms

Nice to haves

    • Experience recruiting therapists, counselors, or nurse practitioners
    • Knowledge of telehealth or digital health platforms
