Seven Starling is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help support our team’s rapid growth and expansion. You’ll be a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and supporting our People Team.

Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience with supporting the full lifecycle of recruiting. You will excel in this role if you are an excellent communicator, are detail oriented, have on the ground operational experience and thrive in a fast paced environment. What you'll do

    • Provide operational support to ensure a smooth interview process both internally (with the hiring team) and externally (with candidates)
    • Coordinate communications, manage interview logistics, and oversee candidate paperwork and compliance-related tasks
    • Update and maintain job descriptions and listings across recruitment platforms
    • Update and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including interview questions, building automations, creating links, scheduling interviews, etc.
    • Build and maintain candidate profiles from outside sources
    • Support the transition of candidates to the onboarding process to integrate new hires into the company

Who you are

    • Experience as a recruiter coordinator or experience in recruitment operations
    • Thrive when working on multiple projects cross functionally with all teams
    • Familiar with key recruiting tools and databases (ATS, paid platforms, social media, etc.)
    • Have exceptional communication skills and are well-spoken
    • Detail oriented, highly organized and able to embrace change with ease
    • You have grit, hustle, and a “get-it-done” attitude with a comfort for ambiguity and working in a dynamic environment
    • Not afraid to ask questions, raise issues, and propose solutions
    • Skilled in Boolean searches
    • Able to commit up to 10-20 hours per week to this fully remote role
