Seven Starling is seeking a Medi-Cal enrolled, Independently Licensed Therapist in California with their own office space to join our world-class clinical team. You will deliver both in-person and virtual care to our patients, with Seven Starling providing additional compensation for the use of your physical office space beyond the standard session rates.

    • Experience, skill, and passion for facilitating both online and in-person individual therapy for perinatal patients at all stages of the journey

    • Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite
    • Enthusiasm for joining an early-stage team building the future of maternal mental healthcare

What you'll do

    • Lead individual therapy sessions in both telehealth and in-person settings, serving perinatal patients, including providing in-person services at your own office location
    • Opportunity to participate in clinical consultation groups to enhance clinical skills
    • Commit a minimum of 10 hours per week

Who you are

    • Current independent license as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, marriage & family therapist, or psychologist in California
    • Current enrollment with Medi-Cal
    • Minimum 1 year experience working with perinatal patients
    • Minimum 1 year experience in telehealth settings
    • Minimum 1 year experience in in-person clinical settings
    • Must have your own office space suitable for providing in-person therapy services
    • Commitment to improving mental health outcomes for underserved populations
    • Comfort learning new systems and experience with electronic medical records
    • Bilingual skills are a plus!

Details

    • Contract Role with fully flexible schedule
    • Minimum availability: 10 hours per week

$60 - $75 an hour
$70: 55 minute Individual Sessions
$75: Intake/Assessment
$60/hour: Onboarding & Meetings
