The Giants Groups and Hospitality Sales Team is responsible for building relationships with prospects to sell group tickets, suites, special events, and other premium hospitality experiences at Oracle Park. They are also in charge of delivering a 360-degree view of the group experience at Oracle Park to all its new customers. About the Role:
The San Francisco Giants are looking for an Account Executive, Groups and Hospitality Sales, who will work closely with our Manager, Groups and Hospitality Sales to identify opportunities for accelerating growth of our group ticket and premium hospitality sales at Oracle Park, with a strong emphasis on prospecting and closing large corporate and community-based groups. This role will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, facilitating meetings, handling objections, closing, and servicing accounts after the sale is made.

This role reports to the Manager, Groups and Hospitality Sales. This position will be in our beautiful ballpark headquarters at 24 Willie Mays Plaza in San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities:

Ticket Sales and Revenue Generation:
o   Drive ticket sales through traditional group sales, community driven theme events, and special event sales
o   Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs, including:
·        50+ outbound calls per day to potential and existing clients
·        2+ in-person meetings or stadium tours per week
·        Monthly ticket sales and revenue quota (specific quota to be defined by management)
·        Conducting and adhering to the required sales cadences given to each campaign
·        Meet or exceed a client retention rate of 30%
o   Proactively source new leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline
o   Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage client relationships, and navigate pipelines

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
o   Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
o   Attend games and events during non-traditional business hours to engage with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention

o   Maintain a proactive mindset by seeking new opportunities to drive sales and enhance client satisfaction

Qualifications
·        Previous experience in sports sales is preferred.
·        Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to customers.
·        A self-starter who is prepared to work in a fast-paced industry.
·        Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

$60,000 - $65,000 a year
At the San Francisco Giants, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $60,000 to $65,000 plus Commissions, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience and other factors the San Francisco Giants consider relevant to the hiring decision Additionally
