We are seeking a Manager, Partnerships to drive the adoption of Lean In’s programs (Lean In Circles, 50 Ways to Fight Bias, and Allyship at Work) by developing high-impact partner relationships with organizations who support our mission - with a particular focus on reaching diverse audiences. In particular, this individual will help drive the growth and engagement of our Lean In Circles, a volunteer-driven community currently consisting of more than 69,000 Circles in over 188 countries.

What You Will Do

    • Support the SGFF Partnerships Team in executing an end-to-end partner strategy
    • Identify, develop, and maintain high-impact partner relationships that drive the growth of Lean In and Option B’s key programs
    • Develop and manage complex strategic partnerships, high-impact distribution partnerships, and relationships with leading research organizations
    • Work cross-functionally with our teams that oversee marketing, product, communications, and programs to ensure partnerships are executed at the highest quality
    • Make sure the processes that support partnerships run smoothly and at scale, from fielding, assessing, and responding to incoming partnership requests to making sure partnership information is archived correctly
    • Create meaningful partnerships that help Lean In programs and materials reach underrepresented groups and new audiences

What You Will Bring

    • Shared appreciation for and commitment to the mission and work of Lean In, Option B, and the Dave Goldberg Scholarship Program
    • Commitment to being a strong advocate for equity, inclusion, and uplifting marginalized voices
    • At least 4 years of experience in sales, business development, and account/relationship management
    • Experience driving toward more intersectional and inclusive product or marketing outcomes
    • Proven track record of developing strong relationships to build customer loyalty and partnerships over time
    • Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of Lean In’s programs to senior-level stakeholders, in order to inspire companies and individuals to take action 
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple time-sensitive projects on a deadline
    • Technical savvy including experience working in a Google Suite environment, tracking projects in Asana or a similar software, and scheduling and running meetings in Zoom
    • Deep appreciation of cross-cultural differences and commonalities (Highly desired!)

Important Information

    • This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a schedule that would require availability to work Pacific Time zone hours
    • This remote position includes the option of working a hybrid schedule for individuals based in the San Francisco Bay Area (Our office is located in Palo Alto, California)
    • Occasional travel is required to attend organization-wide offsites and events
    • The selected individual must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
