The Sheryl Sandberg & Dave Goldberg Family Foundation works to build a more equal and resilient world. We bring people together to support each other through three key initiatives: LeanIn.Org, OptionB.Org, and the Dave Goldberg Scholarship Program.

We are rapidly growing our Lean In offerings for companies, non-profits, and government. To serve this user base, we're searching for a Senior Manager, B2B Marketing, reporting to our VP, Marketing. You will be responsible for developing a marketing strategy across growth marketing, product marketing, and brand marketing to help drive acquisition, brand preference, engagement, and loyalty.

This newly created role is an important architect of growth. Our ideal candidate is an experienced leader who builds the "big picture" strategy and can roll up their sleeves as a "doer" to make the plan come alive. This leader thrives on leading cross-functional teams to ensure that our initiatives are insight-driven, inspiring, and drive results. A test & learn mindset is key, as is understanding what it's like to work in a dynamic environment where we forge new paths.

As a part of SGFF, you will have a meaningful opportunity to expand on our vision of creating equitable and inclusive work environments. If this sounds exciting, let's talk!

Due to COVID-19, our team is working remotely (on PDT hours) through June 2022.  Long term we're planning to operate as a hybrid team, with some team members working in-person and some working remotely, depending on the nature of their role, their leadership responsibilities, and the composition of their team. For people who work in-person, we'll maintain our standard schedule of three in-office and two work-from-home days.
