ShakaCode is seeking an ambitious and strategic Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating compelling brand narratives and driving tangible business results. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies across our B2B and B2C channels, significantly contributing to our brand's growth, with a preference for those familiar with the Donald Miller StoryBrand and "Marketing Made Simple" frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing initiatives across B2B and B2C channels, enhancing brand visibility and driving sales.
- Strategically implement the "Marketing Made Simple" framework to elevate our brand and drive business growth.
- Manage content marketing efforts for blog.hichee.com, shakacode.com/blog, and github.com/shakacode
- Develop strategies to enhance video content production and optimize its impact on B2B and B2C channels.
- Oversee or directly create video content tailored for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Contribute to the team working on SEM and SEO strategies for the brand
- Contribute to sales efforts to drive revenue and achieve business goals.
- Develop and manage our social media presence and strategy, including calendars and campaigns, that generate brand awareness and drive site engagement.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, and engage existing and prospective customers.
You’re a great fit if you:
- Understands Donald Miller’s StoryBrand and Marketing Made Simple frameworks, or is eager to gain experience and apply them effectively
- Have excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Are fluent in English and proficient in SEM, and SEO strategies.
- Experience with social ads and influencer marketing.
- Have previous experience with HubSpot for campaign management and analytics.
- Are based in South America, Central America or Mexico
