Serving children and families for over 15 years, The Shandy Clinic is an 11-location multidisciplinary pediatric therapy provider with a mission to help every child reach his or her full potential. Our culture is built on child-centered care and a holistic approach, serving families through speech, occupational, physical and ABA therapy!

Our team makes us who we are, and our team sets us apart. The Shandy Clinic knows that the best team drives the best clinical outcomes. We are committed to building a high-quality team and are looking for Behavior Technicians to help us unlock the full potential of every child.

A Behavior Technician’s fundamental role is to help every child who we serve achieve their goals and reach their fullest potential.

Day-to-day, our RBTs implement individualized ABA programming designed and supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Programming focuses on teaching children new skills while simultaneously working on reducing problem behaviors that may serve as a barrier to learning.

The RBT opportunity not only allows you to gain skills and find growth in your professional career, but it also gives you the chance to enact meaningful change in the families you work with. Check out a day in the life of a Shandy Clinic RBT HERE!
