For this role, this person will lead our order fulfillment team to success! They will oversee the entire process from order receipt to delivery, ensuring smooth operations and high productivity. They will manage team capacity, optimize processes, and maintain flawless communication across departments.
The role of the Fulfillment Lead:
- Take charge of the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving orders to making those sweet deliveries happen!
- Lead and inspire the team with killer motivational and coaching skills to keep productivity soaring!
- Make sure those orders flow like a well-oiled machine, keeping things smooth and efficient!
- Keep a close eye on the team's capacity and staffing needs, so we're always ready to tackle those peak demands like champions!
- Put our processes to the test and make improvements like a boss, because stress tests are where we shine!
- Become the communication maestro, keeping fulfillment, warehousing, and other departments in perfect sync!
- Stay on top of order issues and processes, always ready to swoop in and save the day!
- Master the art of inventory management, working your magic with inventory management systems (IMSs)!
- Show off your reporting skills, dishing out those KPIs like a pro using systems like looker, shiphero, shopify, and more!
What we need from you:
- Equipped with a degree in supply chain studies, such as business administration or a related field.
- Brings 3-5 years of fulfillment management achievements
- Possesses exceptional leadership abilities that can unite teams and overcome any challenge.
- Demonstrates a talent for solving problems with remarkable intelligence.
- An expert in order management systems and skilled in the art of warehouse operations.
- A logistical genius with a profound understanding of the intricate dance of transportation.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, where excitement and adrenaline are constant companions.
