The Job:

    • Collaborate with our materials team and external suppliers to develop impressive custom extrusion equipment.
    • Utilize your expertise to maximize fiber production yield and quality while effectively reducing costs.
    • Become an equipment detective, monitoring performance, generating reports, and uncovering improvement opportunities.
    • Employ your analytical skills to enhance processes, equipment, and product quality, propelling Sheertex forward.
    • Focus on minimizing downtime by maximizing the Mean-Time-Between-Failures for automated equipment.
    • Swiftly resolve issues to minimize the Mean-Time-To-Repair, showcasing your problem-solving abilities.
    • Provide comprehensive reports and accurate forecasts, demonstrating your prowess as a production performance champion.
    • Continuously innovate by seeking process, equipment, and product enhancements, keeping Sheertex at the forefront.
    • Optimize capital investment utilization, ensuring every resource contributes to our success.
    • Build strong relationships with key equipment suppliers, forging alliances that lead to greatness.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring Sheertex remains at the cutting edge of innovation.
    • Design and test automated systems that revolutionize tights production efficiency.
    • Collaborate with fellow mechanical experts to push the boundaries of possibility with prototypes.
