We’re looking for a driven and hands-on HR Generalist to support our growing team. In this role, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment efforts while also supporting broader HR initiatives. You’ll partner with hiring managers, contribute to a positive candidate experience, and help build the processes that support our team’s growth and success.

What you'll do:

    • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across engineering, program management, and business operations
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, post job descriptions, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews
    • Contribute to HR processes such as employee engagement initiatives, compliance tracking, and policy updates\
    • Support onboarding activities and HR documentation for new hires
    • Source top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative channels
    • Help ensure hiring practices align with relevant labor laws and industry-specific compliance (e.g., export control, defense-related regulations)
    • Represent the company at hiring events, job fairs, and university partnerships

Required qualifications:

    • - 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and generalist HR support
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a solutions-focused approach to challenges
    • A proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)

Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience working in a cleared facility or with a defense contractor
    • At least 2 years focused on defense, aerospace, or government contracting sectors
    • Certifications such as AIRS, SHRM-CP, or LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter
