Job Description:
As a Customer Account Manager, you are crucial to the success of our customers and will be instrumental in bringing the V-BAT product to key customers and markets. You will ultimately be responsible for understanding our customer’s needs, delivering an excellent experience, and scaling the role to other vital accounts. You will collaborate closely with the Business Development, Customer Success, Product, Program, and Engineering teams to achieve your goals and delight the customer.

What You'll Do:

    • Deliver an exceptional customer experience. 
    • Foster customer advocacy to enable successful outcomes.
    • Track customer health and guide senior management to find improvement opportunities.
    • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure all products and services meet customer expectations and requirements before events.
    • Work alongside Program Management to communicate the progress and status of key services and product deliveries to customers.

Required Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, marketing, or engineering.
    • Familiarity with DOD and SOCOM organizational structures.
    • Understand customer trends, competitors, and customers' specific needs.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills. You must effectively convey information, build relationships, and address customer needs.
    • Private sector experience in Account Management or Customer Success Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • A master's degree in Business, Finance, or Program Management
    • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success (or similar) role, managing relationships with large, global, and complex organizations, preferably working with technical products.
$100,000 - $150,000 a year
