We are currently seeking an Inventory Clerk with inventory control experience. Immediate need for a detail-oriented person with great communication skills. This is a full-time warehouse position that requires daily communication coordinating with teammates in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:
- Maintaining and updating inventory records
- Counting material, equipment, or supplies in stock
- Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
- Issuing kits, material and equipment or supplies to production.
- Verify all incoming inventory to be accurate and ensuring all goods are in acceptable condition
- Properly stocking inventory in designated locations.
- Provide great customer service when interacting with internal or external customers and ensure all parties receive a positive interaction
Required Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role
- Excellent math and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with software such as Microsoft Excel and other company spreadsheet programs
- Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance
- Personal accountability and integrity are paramount, as an Inventory clerk is tasked with an accurate accounting of all inventory
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as many packages are large
Preferred Qualifications:
- Costpoint experience
- MS Office
- Manufacturing experience
