Global Head of Partnerships

Your Day-to-Day:

◦ As part of our globally growing sales team, you will be a key player in helping us scale our business and rolling out Shift Technology solutions to new clients. Your role in the Shift adventure will be to set up strategic partnerships and be accountable of the relationship with them (Integrators, consulting firms, SW vendors, IT Cloud providers)
◦ Be an evangelist for our partners internally and externally. Support and service other Shift teams including field sales, product teams, data scientists, project managers and the executive team
◦ Regular communication with senior sales leadership on partner sales status and how to improve our relationships. Lead governance of relationships between Shift Technology and Partner executives
◦ Engage Shift Technology field organization on client opportunities led by partners
◦ Manage the process of baking Shift Technology products into partner service offerings
Exceed revenue and pipeline growth targets

Your Profile

    • You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written; you know how to make complex things feel simple;
    • Network of contacts at data providers, system integrators, solution providers or BPO firms ideal
    • Strong ability to network, hunt for and manage senior executive relationships
    • Experience closing revenue focused contracts with partners
    • Experience creating business plans with partners and tracking pipeline
    • Minimum 3 years managing relationships with data providers, system integrators, service providers or BPO firms
    • Sales experience: 5 years mini in IT of which 3 minimum in a partnerships or channel management role;
    • You love travelling and have experience working internationally
    • You are organized and able to manage multiple projects and partners at the same time with minimal supervision
    • Experience in the insurance vertical is a huge plus
    • You are dynamic, curious and eager to learn – from anyone in the company, always looking to expand your fields of expertise;
    • You show leadership by being proactive and taking ownership of your work; you often come up with new ideas to improve our quality of service;
    • You are comfortable with managing multiple projects simultaneously;
    • Bachelors degree required, MBA is a plus
    • You speak English fluently. Other languages are a plus!
