The Delivery team is in charge of rolling out our solutions to our clients. As Delivery Operations Manager, you will play a major role in scaling the Delivery team and contribute to the overall growth of Shift Technology.
- Demonstrate creativity to challenge the current processes and scale-up through optimizing processes and integrating new technology;
- Create KPIs and analyze data in order to follow up on Delivery Operations and projects implementation;
- Monitor our team performances and make sure objectives are met;
- Be the intermediary between the Project Managers team and the other teams we interact with, solving cross team challenges and finding the good balance between Processes, Flexibility, and Efficiency;
- Improve Delivery Processes from People Onboarding to Customer Satisfaction Followup in order to improve our efficiency;
- Masters degree from an engineering school, or university
- Experience in Technology business (SaaS)
- Desire to work on process, organization, and operations
- Good analytical and project management skills, yet willing to be on-the-ground to implement ideas and measure the success of your actions
- Organized, strategic planner with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (writing and speaking)
- Persuasive and results driven
- Empathic, positive and enthusiast
