Your Day-to-Day
As part of our growing team of senior global offering leaders, you will be a key player in developing a new business area for our Force™ fraud detection solution with focus on Underwriting. This will be in close collaboration with our global product, sales, and business development teams.
At Shift we are constantly working at increasing and extending our value to clients to further scale the business. The objective of the Global Underwriting Offering Leader role is to shape this key offering to address new business areas and use cases.
Our “Force™ for Underwriting” offering is particularly addressing use cases within life insurance, but also national associations with the focus on compliance in insurance are a key target for us.
The solution we provide for Underwriting is strategic to our customers which is why you will be linking with C-level partners within the insurance ecosystem (federations, associations, clients, integrators, prospects, partners etc.) to create a strong understanding of this market opportunity, how we define our value proposition, the offering, and take it to market with speed.
As part of your role you will be entitled with these missions:
Work closely across Sales, Product, and R&D (and with partners) to establish the winning underwriting offering strategy and execute on this;
Defining the key use cases for “Force™ for Underwriting” and the tactical actions we must pursue to build and grow a new client and partner base;
Identifying new client and partner opportunities jointly with our sales teams;
Supporting the sales opportunities as senior industry expert within the scope of underwriting from identification to signature jointly with the sales teams;
Collaborate closely with sales and partners to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of the Underwriting offering with the objective of offering a market leading service.
Your Profile
Shift Technology’s sales team is filled with experienced professionals inspired by challenging projects.  
You have excellent communicating skills, both oral and written; you know how to make complex things feel simple;
You are a senior expert in the field of Underwriting and fraud;
Advanced knowledge of the financial services, fraud and insurance industries and product specific businesses;
You have had at least 4 years of successful experience in product marketing and market analysis for Underwriting sales in SaaS and/or software for enterprises.
You are a subject matter expert in use case preparation and defining a fact-based business case with tactical actions for fast execution;
You have experience in bringing new offerings and value propositions to market jointly with a senior sales team, product management and product development;
You can stand on stage and clearly articulate a value proposition to a C-Level audience;
You don't mind traveling globally;
You are dynamic, curious and eager to learn – from anyone in the company, always looking to expand your fields of expertise;
