This role includes a 6-month probation period with clear KPIs to help set you up for success. We’re looking for someone who enjoys this kind of challenge and is excited by the opportunity to grow, take ownership, and make a real impact.

Your Adventure Ahead

    • Build and manage sustainable Joint Business Plans (JBP) with existing merchants based on revenue and profit KPIs
    • Analyze performance data to deliver strategic consulting and unlock upsell opportunities
    • Lead strategic communication, growth planning, and campaign execution for key accounts
    • Work cross-functionally with marketing, data, and operations teams to execute merchant-specific campaigns
    • Drive actionable insights and set direction based on data-driven analysis

Essentials to Succeed

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, partnerships, sales operations, or marketing.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills rooted in logical thinking
    • Results-oriented mindset with a high sense of ownership for achieving KPIs
    • Proven ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
    • Excellent multitasking and project management skills
    • Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
    • Fluency in English (written, spoken, and reading)

Bonus points if you:

    • Demonstrated success in growing partner accounts through sales or strategic partnerships
    • Deep understanding of e-commerce trends and consumer behavior
    • Experience in media sales or advertising product strategy
    • Familiarity with data tools such as SQL or Tableau for generating actionable insights
