It is a one-stop rewards and discovery platform for users to earn cashback, while delivering performance-based marketing to merchants. First launched in Singapore in 2014, ShopBack has since expanded its reach to Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan,  Australia, and more recently, Vietnam and Korea. In Singapore, the company has also extended its service offering with ShopBack GO, an app-based rewards platform for in-store shopping, dining, and entertainment. ShopBack partners with over 3,000 merchants including Taobao, Expedia, Shopee, ZALORA to reward its users with cashback across a wide range of categories including general merchandise, travel bookings, fashion, health and beauty, groceries, and food delivery. To date, US$100m in cashback has been awarded to our over 20 million users.

    • Prepare, coordinate and set up marketing communications for campaigns.
    • Copywriting for all marketing communications, including but not limited to app notifications, app landing pages, email campaigns, media influencers, and more.
    • Manage timelines and deliverables effectively for campaigns.
    • Liaise with different stakeholders (Graphic Designers, Business Development Managers, Project managers, Partnership team, External stakeholders, etc.)
    • Monitoring trending news on social media, as well as competitor performances. 


    • Passionate user of ShopBack GO
    • Familiar with email, app and social media marketing.
    • Experience with content/campaign creation a plus.
    • Hardworking, dedicated fast-learner, and a team-player.
    • Passionate about marketing and the F&B industry in Singapore.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience with project management -- the ability to multitask and manage several projects concurrently.
    • Experience with promotional and/or PR copywriting.
    • Able to commit for 6 months full-time(preferably)
