Our Journey
ShopBack began in 2014 as a late-night spark of inspiration between Henry and Joel — not just to build a Cashback platform, but to reimagine how brands and consumers connect. As former advertisers, they understood the limitations of traditional marketing, and saw an opportunity to deliver more value on both sides. That idea quickly turned into action, with the first prototype built during a 24-hour sprint. Today, ShopBack serves over 50 million users across 13 markets, partners with 20,000+ merchants, and powers over half a million transactions daily. We're building The World’s Most Rewarding Way to Shop — and looking for bold, driven individuals to join us.

Your Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive our partnerships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), payment gateways, shopping carts, POS players, and wallet systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PSP networks and understanding of integrations, with a proven track record in managing strategic partnerships. In this role, you'll have the empowerment and autonomy to drive business impact across the region.

Your Adventure Ahead

    • Lead the development of relationships with PSP networks, payment gateways, and relevant payment solutions providers to expand our network and offer enhanced customer experiences.
    • Drive end-to-end deal ownership, from strategy development and deal structuring to negotiations, closing, and ongoing relationship management.
    • Collaborate closely with regional Country General Managers to align payment solutions with local market needs and growth objectives.
    • Develop and implement strategies for new payment partnerships, focusing on optimizing customer acquisition and retention through superior payment systems.
    • Oversee the technical integration of PSP systems, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integrations via APIs, SDKs, and various payment protocols.

Essentials to Succeed

    • 8+ years of proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with key payment partners, with at least 2+ years of experience working directly with PSP networks and payment integrations.
    • Experience with PSP Networks & Integrations: Solid understanding of the PSP landscape, including experience with payment gateways, wallet providers, shopping cart solutions, and other PSP systems. Proven ability to develop and manage strategic partnerships within the PSP ecosystem.
    • Strong negotiation and deal-making expertise, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions (technical, legal, commercial).
    • Strategic thinker with analytical skills (Excel) and the ability to drive demand generation and growth through innovative payment solutions.
    • Strong collaborator with great communication skills to drive outcomes with internal and external stakeholders.
