    • Campaign, Product Management & Growth
    • Assist Campaign Manager in conceptualizing and executing comprehensive in-app campaigns, focusing on driving growth and maximizing campaign revenue.
    • Monitor, analyze campaign performance to derive data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions and drive continuous optimization.
    • Lead product features include Earn More, Search Ads, and other new products in ShopBack’s platform from planning to execution.
    • Work closely with Product and Customer Service departments to gather insights from users, contributing to product enhancements.
    • Initiate and implement plans to grow transacting customers and improve Customer Lifetime value (CLV)
    • Collaborate with multiple channel owners (BD, CRM, Product, Data) to develop and execute effective strategies
    • Initiate and carry out experiments/tests on new product features and implement effective strategies and campaigns to achieve marketing objectives and business goals.

    • Brand Solution Campaign
    • Mainly responsible for Brand Solution Campaign planning and execution:
    • Able to consult a comprehensive Brand Solution campaign mechanics aligned with Brand Solution business target
    • Deliver marketing assets booking including campaign layouts, onsite visibility, CRM, Challenge, etc
    • Work closely with CRM team to implement Brand Solution assets booking
    • Effectively manage Brand Solution budget allocation to achieve targets and contribute to ShopBack’s overall performance

    • Others
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities to perform experiments and improve current practices 
    • Assist relevant stakeholders (Operations, CS, BD) resolve problems related to the in-charged SOWs (Campaign, Product, Brand Solution, onboarding)
    • Undertake other tasks as assigned by the Manager

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    • At least 3-5 years experience as Digital Executive/Campaign Planner/Campaign Specialist; prior experience in digital marketing, tech start-ups or the e-commerce industry is preferred
    • Data-driven mindset, strong in analyze data to drive actionable insights
    • A self-starter, independent, self-motivated and result-oriented individual with strong performance record
    • Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication is a must.
    • Meticulous, responsive and able to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
    • Positive work attitude, good time management, effective communication, adaptable and organized
    • Possess a "can't-is-not-an-option" attitude, not discouraged by failure or mistakes
