In the CRM team at ShopBack, you’ll embark on a journey of having the liberty to manage relationships with our customers with our CRM system. You are invited to always be curious and constantly choose to pave new roads. You'll join the regional team, working collaboratively with local marketing teams to develop and implement top-notch CRM strategies to effectively connect with our customers and maintain their ongoing engagement.

Responsibilities

    • Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics weekly. Optimizing through targeting, messaging, and creative best practices to increase customer acquisition and retention.
    • Work closely with marketing teams to develop and execute daily CRM communications and ensure effective customer journeys and optimize all touch points
    • Develop and implement CRM strategies, with a focus on utilizing HTML for dynamic personalization and content
    • Uncover opportunities and gaps to optimize and build programmatic campaigns (promotional and transactional campaigns)
    • Collaborate with other relevant teams (product, data, engineering) to operationalize CRM integration with other business systems, improving more automation capabilities for HTML
    • Analyse customer data and insights to identify opportunities for segmentation, personalization, and conversions, implementing the identified strategies across the region
    • Play a key role in monitoring and enhancing process and system efficiency and operating at scale

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or relevant experience
    • Minimum of 2+ years relevant experience in CRM, with a focus on app push & email marketing
    • Proven ability to develop and execute successful CRM strategies and tactics.
    • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Oracle Responsys, Braze, Hubspot)
    • Experience working across APAC
    • Proficiency in HTML coding
    • Prior experience with SQL, CSS, Photoshop, and other programming languages is a plus
    • End-to-end understanding of programmatic campaigns (e.g. data infrastructure, targeting logic, campaign creation) is a plus
    • Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, is a plus
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
    • An independent, proactive, and result-oriented team player with a strong performance record
    • A fast learner with excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
