We are looking for a proactive and driven Marketing Coordinator to support our brand’s growing marketing efforts through partnerships, external marketing, and internal campaigns. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and possesses a keen eye for brand alignment and activation.

Your Adventure Ahead

    • 1. Partnership Execution & Management
    • Execute and manage partnership marketing initiatives in alignment with company objectives.
    • Coordinate the rollout of co-branded campaigns and activities with external partners, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards.
    • Support the preparation of partnership materials such as decks, marketing collateral, and recap reports.
    • Monitor partnership campaign performance, analyze results, and compile post-campaign reports.
    • Maintain organized records of active and historical partnerships, including contracts, assets, and communication logs.
    • 2. Campaign Setup & Coordination
    • Lead the setup and coordination of internal and partner-led campaigns across various platforms.
    • Ensure accurate and timely campaign launches, including uploading content, scheduling assets, and liaising with relevant teams.
    • Assist in tracking campaign performance, reporting, and optimization recommendations.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution and brand consistency across channels.
    • Help document best practices and campaign learnings to improve future executions.
    • 3. Marketing Support, Channels & Events
    • Explore and support marketing initiatives across emerging and alternative channels.
    • Provide administrative support for the marketing team, including documentation, reporting, and asset management.
    • Assist in select event-related activities, such as coordination of partner participation or branded presence during marketing-led events.
    • Liaise with suppliers or vendors for marketing-related needs and occasional event logistics.
    • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and assist in marketing content development when needed.

Essential to Succeed

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or campaign execution (internships considered).
    • Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple projects.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
    • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
