As a CRM Associate at ShopBack, you’ll embark on a thrilling journey of having the liberty to manage relationships with our customers with our CRM system. This journey invites you to always be curious and constantly choose to pave new roads. You'll join the regional team, working collaboratively with local marketing teams to develop and implement top-notch CRM strategies that empower them to effectively connect with our customers and maintain their ongoing engagement.

Responsibilities

    • Continuously monitor and analyze weekly performance metrics optimizing through targeting, messaging, and creative best practices to increase customer acquisition and retention.
    • Uncover opportunities and gaps to optimize and build programmatic campaigns (lifecycle, transactional, promotional)
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders (local marketing, product, engineering, data) to ensure you design and execute effective customer journeys across all CRM channels.
    • Analyse customer data and insights to identify opportunities for segmentation, personalization, and conversions, implementing the identified strategies across the region
    • Manage the user database to ensure the accuracy and quality of user data in the current database
    • Play a key role in monitoring and enhancing process and system efficiency and operating at scale

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or relevant experience.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in CRM, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement and retention.
    • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Oracle Responsys, Braze, Hubspot)
    • Experience working across APAC
    • Prior experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, Photoshop, and other programming languages is a plus
    • End-to-end understanding of programmatic campaigns (e.g. data infrastructure, targeting logic, campaign creation) is a plus
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
    • An independent, proactive, and result-oriented team player with a strong performance record
    • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
