    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries by e-mail/chat/calls
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders (CS Regional, Tech, Ops, and Marketing... ) to resolve customers' problems/complaints


    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service/Customer Experience
    • Proactive and strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and spoken.
    • Native or bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese
    • Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
    • And most importantly, be the Voice of Customer with a Customer-obsessed mindset and a genuine heart to help solve our customers’ problems!
