As a community marketing manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of community marketing for bringing SBKR’s brand awareness to another level along with new customer acquisition. Having a strong relationship with online influencers and agencies, with a deep understanding of KOL/community effectiveness will be a must. As part of Korea marketing team, you will be working closely with internal stakeholders including the regional office to achieve marketing excellence. Responsibilities (업무내용)

    • Work closely with different internal stakeholders incl. the regional team, align with the business strategy, and make sure all external marketing initiatives are in best practice
    • Discover new power bloggers and internet café’s/forums by working closely with the agency
    • Build SBKR’s fandom by effective and active article seeding. Make sure this fandom becomes the core of WoM
    • Engage in new and influential KOL’s with high engagement with fans and followers
    • Manage SBKR’s official SNS channels with creative content creation with best in class content quality
    • Plan SNS events that can be executed at shopping momentums to support new customer acquisition by working closely with stakeholders
    • Discover and develop new and innovative marketing channels incl. new media, platforms, and tools to bring SBKR’s brand awareness to another level
    • Support creation and localization of other/new marketing initiatives and ad-hoc projects (i.e. Offline event planning and execution and PR)
    • Initiate and execute campaigns via content strategy, WOM, thought leadership, social media activities, viral marketing, media & blogger liaison, etc.
    • Analyze and optimize advertising campaigns and marketing programs and make strategic recommendations
    • Work closely with UI/UX and content teams to produce high performance platforms

    • 효과적이고 적극적인 기사 시드(Seeding)를 통해 SBKR의 팬덤을 구축하며, 이 팬덤이 WoM의 핵심이되도록 합니다. 
    • 동급 최고의 콘텐츠 품질과 함께 창의적인 콘텐츠 제작으로 SBKR 공식 SNS 채널 관리
    • 이해 관계자와 긴밀히 협력하여 신규 고객 확보를 지원하기 위해서 쇼핑에 탄력을 줄 수 있는 계획을 실행합니다. 
    • SBKR의 브랜드 인지도를 한 단계 더 끌어 올릴 수있는 새로운 미디어, 플랫폼 및 도구를 포함한 새롭고 혁신적인 마케팅 채널을 발견하고 개발합니다.
    • 기타 / 신규 마케팅 이니셔티브 및 임시 프로젝트의 생성 및 현지화 지원 (예 : 오프라인 이벤트 계획 및 실행 및 PR)
    • 콘텐츠 전략, WOM, 사고 리더십, 소셜 미디어 활동, 바이럴 마케팅, 미디어 및 블로거 연락 등을 통해 캠페인을 시작하고 실행합니다.
    • 광고 캠페인 및 마케팅 프로그램을 분석 및 최적화하고 전략적 추천을합니다.
    • UI / UX 및 콘텐츠 팀과 긴밀히 협력하여 고성능 플랫폼을 제작합니다.

Requirements (자격요건)

    • Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in marketing, business or computer science
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in community marketing including KOL, blogger, SNS channels with the use of SEO, performance marketing and data analytics
    • Experience working in digital marketing agencies or ecommerce/internet companies
    • Work under a fast-paced and agile environment, being hands-on yet also strategic
    • Creative and highly resourceful, strong attention to detail and data-oriented
    • Able to work independently under high pressure and meet challenging deadlines
    • Good written and communication skills in Korean and English (plus) 

    • 마케팅, 비즈니스 또는 컴퓨터 과학 학사 학위 소지자 선호
    • SEO, 퍼포먼스 마케팅 및 데이터 분석을 사용한 KOL, 블로거, SNS 채널을 포함한 커뮤니티 마케팅에서 최소 2 년의 경력
    • 디지털 마케팅 대행사 또는 전자 상거래 / 인터넷 회사에서 근무한 경험
    • 빠르게 진행되는 민첩한 환경에서 업무하면서 동시에 전략적으로 작업
    • 창의적이고 수완이 풍부하며 세부 사항 및 데이터 지향에 대한 강한 관심
    • 높은 압박 속에서 독립적으로 일하고 까다로운 기한을 맞출 수 있는 능력
    • 한국어와 영어로 좋은 수준의 글쓰기와 의사 소통 능력 (플러스)
