    • Take ownership of the day-to-day management and improvement of NetSuite configuration and any integrated platforms
    • Oversee Netsuite integration, implementation and testing
    • Work with end users to create configurations, update workflows and improve systems to meet the changing needs of the business
    • Develop, test and deploy customizations, custom objects and third party applications
    • Implement and manage workflow rules, approval process, page layouts, security, validation rules and custom buttons/links
    • Support Data migration, UAT and Training ahead of Go-Live
    • Provide on-going Netsuite system workflow assistance for all members of the team
    • To maintain and advise on Netsuite updates
    • Maintain user roles and system access working along with HR for onboarding/offboarding
    • Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, KPI’s, and dashboards


    • Experienced (2+ years minimum) NetSuite Administrator with good technical and functional knowledge of NetSuite
    • Good stakeholder management across different geographical regions and excellent communication skills
    • Core understanding of Finance business processes (O2C, P2P, R2R and Interco consolidation)
    • NetSuite and Finance certifications
    • Experienced with Salesforce CRM integration
    • Experienced with NetSuite ERP implementation
    • Prior experience working within Finance teams
    • Post Go-Live MS Business Central implementation exposure
    • Exposure to Adaptive Insights (non-technical)
