Responsibilities

    • Social Media & Community Management: 
    • Develop ShopBack’s social media strategy on social channels including but not limited to Facebook, ShopBack’s community, TikTok, Instagram, Zalo and YouTube. 
    • Increase no. of followers, reach, and engagement rates (ie. likes, shares, comments) on owned posts/content across channels organically.
    • Experiment with new social platforms and content initiatives to make ShopBack a sociable brand with high talk-ability.

    • KOLs Management:
    • Grow and nurture our influencer base, and ensure that we have adequate support during key campaigns.
    • Conduct influencer outreach and negotiate contracts with talent.
    • Create influencer briefs and guide and support their content creation ensuring campaign objectives are met.

    • Campaign Support:
    • Support Campaign Manager for content angles, and potential KOL profiles to engage for each specific campaign to broadcast deals to new audiences.
    • Oversee the execution of paid KOLs and content providers.
    • Others: 
    • Develop the partnership marketing strategy to be rolled out across all social channels to support major campaigns, grow our communities and increase engagement including livestream, podcast, offline activities.
    • Manage the execution across a broad range of ATL channels.

Requirements

    • Are you a creative trendsetter in content creation, with proven experience in both content and social community growth?
    • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related field
    • 3-5 years of work experience with proven track record in managing social media platforms and producing content, including videos and graphics, independently
    • Have a data-driven approach to working with content and community and an innate sense of trends and virality.
    • Ability to project manage and multitask, in a dynamic and detail-oriented environment
    • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and engagement.
    • Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication is a must.
    • Positive work attitude, good time management, effective communication, adaptable and organized
    • Possess a "can't-is-not-an-option" attitude, not discouraged by failure or mistakes
