This role will be supporting the Australia market and managing a ShopBack Australia portfolio of brands.

Responsibilities

    • Become a Virtual Account Management Expert: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key Gift Card and Voucher clients in Australia, fostering trust and collaboration through effective virtual communication strategies. 
    • Unlock Growth Potential: Develop and execute strategic account plans to significantly increase the number of promotions our clients run and secure more marketing budget from them.
    • Strategic Partnership Champion: Act as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying client needs and presenting innovative solutions that align with their marketing objectives.
    • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage your analytical skills to track campaign performance, generate insightful reports, create post campaign reports, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
    • Exceed Expectations: Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets, exceeding client expectations and driving revenue growth.

Requirements

    • Proven Account Management Expertise: 2-3 years of experience in B2B account management, with a demonstrable track record of success in exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
    • Gift Card/Voucher & E-commerce Knowledge: Understanding of the Gift Card/Voucher industry and e-commerce landscape is a plus, but not essential.
    • The Power of "Virtual": You excel at building rapport and managing client relationships virtually through effective communication strategies.
    • Strategic & Analytical Mind: You possess strong analytical skills and can leverage data insights to develop and execute data-driven account plans.
    • Communication Rockstar: You have exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your message to diverse audiences. (This role requires very strong English proficiency in both written and spoken communication.)
    • Results-Oriented & Entrepreneurial: You're a self-motivated go-getter with a passion for exceeding expectations and achieving ambitious goals.
