This position will be supporting the HK market.

Responsibilities

    • Spearhead and develop the creative direction of marketing and branding campaigns with other functional teams to achieve business objectives and company goals.
    • Ideate, execute creative strategies and conduct creative A/B testing and experiments to increase the efficiency of assets across all channels.
    • Create and adhere assets to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlines.
    • Advise marketing collaborators on design strategies and creative solutions to reach a particular target audience.
    • Accountable for the designers under your supervision in terms of their work distribution, career growth, and progression.
    • Improve teamwork efficiency by implementing and recommending better internal processes.

Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of related work experience in Creative Design
    • Experience working in the internet/e-commerce/fintech industry
    • Strong individual contributor with hands-on execution
    • Experience coaching junior designers
    • Be proficient in digital visual design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD/Figma
