Responsibilities

    • Develop creative visuals of marketing and branding campaigns together with other functional teams. Ideate, propose and execute creative strategies to increase efficiency of assets across all channels.
    • Manage creative projects independently with little supervision and assistance.
    • Identify problems together with senior designers by coming up with creative solutions.
    • Collaborate closely with other functional teams to achieve business objectives and company goals.
    • Improve teamwork efficiency by implementing and recommending better internal processes. 
    • Adopt design and marketing strategies or trends in-house fast. 
    • Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline
    • Advise marketing collaborators on design strategies to reach a particular target audience.
    • Accountable for the designers under your supervision in terms of their work distribution, career growth and progression.
    • Review designs for errors of team members before publishing creative assets.

Requirements

    • Should have a Diploma in Graphic Design or any relevant field.
    • Minimum 6 - 8 years of related work experience.
    • Prior team management experience is a must.
    • Able to work well under tight deadlines in a team environment.
    • Good written and communication skills in English
    • Experience in fast-paced e-commerce preferred.
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Software (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)Possess basic video editing skills (Plus). 
    • Proficient in Figma (Plus). Comfortable with both digital and offline designing specs.
    • Have a flair for designing visually appealing and attractive collateral.
