Your role: You’ll have the opportunity to connect with merchants both in German and English through phone, live chat, and e-mail support. Furthermore, we will involve you in our social media support, training and knowledge management efforts throughout Shopify. Our commitment to you is to foster your growth and well-being. Shopify continues to scale rapidly and our Support team is growing alongside it. In 2015, we set up our Irish team in Ireland to be our support hub for Europe. This team has grown by over 300% over the last 3 years. We’re so pleased to announce that we are expanding to multilingual support and we want you to support our German speaking merchants! Our German speaking team is in its infancy which poses a huge opportunity for growth.

You'll need to:
- Live in the Republic of Ireland.
- Be bilingual in German and English, able to provide written support in German, and verbal and written support in English.
- Be proficient with technology.
- Care about the details.
- Be a good communicator.
- Have strong reading & writing skills.
- Have a track record of being resourceful and getting sh*t done.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Be empathetic.
- Have a stable internet connection.

- A background or interest in business, marketing, retail, social media or sales.
- Ran or had exposure to running a business or being an entrepreneur.
