We’re growing fast and we’re looking for passionate problem-solvers who are ready to turn big ideas into real outcomes.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an AI Product Manager who will drive AI innovation by defining strategy, exploring monetization, and enhancing user experiences through generative AI and automation. The ideal candidate brings recent hands-on AI project experience, strong knowledge of LLMs and tools like N8N, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that boost productivity and reduce errors.

What You’ll Be Doing

    • Define the AI product strategy and roadmap, including monetization models, to accelerate adoption across ShyftLabs’ solutions.
    • Conduct market, user, and developer research to identify opportunities and shape product direction.
    • Translate strategic business outcomes into actionable Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to align with company goals.
    • Partner with UX, engineering, and data science teams to design, prototype, and launch AI-driven features.
    • Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop new platform capabilities and scale successful use cases across products.
    • Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track adoption, performance, and impact of AI features.
    • Actively experiment with LLMs, agent-based workflows, and orchestration tools like N8N to identify innovative solutions.
    • Communicate plans, progress, and outcomes transparently with leadership and stakeholders.
    • Stay current on emerging technologies such as LLMOps, Model Context Protocol, and multi-agent AI workflows to inform product decisions.

What You Bring

    • 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally with exposure to AI-powered products and developer platforms.
    • Proven track record of working on AI-focused projects within the last few years, with strong familiarity in LLMs and related technologies.
    • Experience with workflow automation/orchestration tools (e.g., N8N) is highly desirable.
    • Strong background in managing cross-functional initiatives with organizational visibility.
    • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic product vision with agile, hands-on execution.
    • Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
    • Technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with engineering and data science teams.
    • Experience in defining business cases, monetization models, and scaling enterprise-grade products.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to present complex concepts clearly.
    • Passion for innovation, a growth mindset, and comfort with ambiguity in fast-pace.
