Position Overview:
We are seeking a Mid-Level RPA Support Developer with hands-on experience in UiPath to join our growing automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and supporting deployed RPA solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability. This role will work closely with business users, developers, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and contribute to automation stability across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support live RPA processes in UiPath Orchestrator, including job failures, exceptions, and queue issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and support tickets related to automation failures or anomalies.
- Work with senior developers and business users to identify process issues and suggest improvements.
- Assist in the deployment of new versions of automation packages to testing and production environments.
- Perform root cause analysis and document findings to reduce recurring errors.
- Maintain bot credentials, asset configurations, and orchestrator scheduling as needed.
- Conduct basic bot enhancements (e.g., adding logging, minor logic updates) following best practices.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and compliance teams to ensure automation runs securely and effectively.
- Update documentation for supported bots and processes.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and support sprint-based development cycles.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in RPA development or support, with at least 1 year hands-on experience with UiPath.
- Solid understanding of UiPath Orchestrator, Studio, and Robots.
- Experience with queue management, asset handling, and exception handling in UiPath.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, JSON, XML, and Windows services.
- Familiarity with support tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or other ITSM platforms.
- Ability to analyze logs and execution history to resolve issues.
- Understanding of development lifecycle, testing, and deployment processes.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- UiPath Associate or Developer certification.
- Exposure to version control (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
- Experience working with shared services or in a support rotation.
