Customer Success Manager 
The customer success manager is the engine that powers Shyft’s NPS up and to the right. Responsible for assisting and supporting the customer throughout the process of a move, providing outstanding customer experience. 

Responsibilities:

Managing Moves

Confirming Moves with suppliers

Conducting introduction calls with customers

Sending move documentation to the customer

Offering additional services (up-selling)

Communicating with the moversUpdating customers accordingly

Checking in on the loading and delivery

Load/delivery quality checksHelping with the claim process

Post move follow up

Auditing invoices/receipts and forwarding those to the finance team

Supporting accounts receivable 

Monitoring Switchboard for any calls/messages/emails

Monitoring relevant Slack channels

Attending all relevant meetings
