About the company and the role:
Side empowers and enables top producing real estate professionals to own a real estate company without the legal, regulatory and operational complexity that comes with running a brokerage. The Senior Partner Ambassador is an integral role with a focus on identifying the top real estate professionals and teams within their designated region(s). They are the protectors of the Side partner community, with the desire to change the industry through maintaining a high barrier of entry for real estate professionals seeking to join our exclusive community.
Responsibilities
- Be a Side core value carrier and evangelist of the Side mission.
- Work with your market based sales teammates to build the GTM regional growth strategy
- Identify, qualify, and evaluate prospective partners through various mediums including current partners, partner qualified leads, inbound leads, and outbound efforts
- Work with the market based community team, which include customer success and managing brokers, to grow your owned accounts and assigned market.
- Grow and maintain healthy relationships with prospective Side partners and associates in your market.
- Forecast and meet assigned individual and team sales targets.
- Be an expert on all things Side and the real estate industry.
- Be an expert on all things related to your assigned market/s.
- Participate as a productive cross-functional partner to all inSiders.
- Be available to travel 25% of any given month.
What will make you a strong fit for this role
- 7+ years of sales experience.
- Hands-on experience with prospecting, cold-calling, nurturing and building out a new/existing territory.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
- Experience working with standard CRM, Voice, Video and SMS solutions.
- Familiarity with consultative sales practices and consistent pipeline management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- You are a strong relationship builder.
- You are an exceptional open communicator who thrives in the world of transparency.
- You work well inside of a team based organization.
- Real estate related experience required.
$140,000 - $180,000 a year
Side takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. This range is not inclusive of our equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
The salary range provided is an OTE range comprised of 50% salary ($70-90K) and 50% commission ($70-90K).
