About the role 
We are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager with proven experience driving pipeline through a combination of email marketing, paid media, event promotion, website optimization and ABM-focused campaigns to support the growth of our overall Side community.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • You will work cross functionally with marketing, sales enablement and revenue operations to execute targeted programs that generate awareness, interest and ultimately demand to meet our aggressive sales targets as we expand our reach across the country. Your success will manifest itself as qualified opportunities that significantly increase pipeline in a predictable and growth-oriented way.  

    • Responsibilities:
    • Design account-based marketing campaigns to engage with our top target accounts using intent and propensity data sets. Double down on our existing gifting strategy, while expanding our ABM efforts into other channels.
    • Define our email marketing & overall communication plan, finding the right balance between branded emails, sales driven flows and ongoing partner communications.
    • Produce effective segmentation, lead scoring and nurture campaigns in partnership with content and marketing operations teams.
    • Support new market launches and event programming by increasing our reach and overall event attendance.
    • Work with SDRs and partner ambassadors to personalize touch points and follow up efforts, bringing marketing and sales campaigns together into one coordinated effort.
    • Partner with our marketing operations team to develop and manage marketing attribution models and reports to drive data-informed decisions.
    • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations / point of view on optimal marketing mix, messaging and tactics for generating new leads and accelerating prospects.

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A STRONG FIT?

    • 5-7 years of B2B marketing expertise in demand generation, with at least 2 years mastering account-based campaign development.
    • Familiarity with the small business customer base. Real estate/Proptech and startup experience is a plus, not required.
    • Working knowledge of marketing automation & CRM systems such as Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce, Groove and ABM tools like Demandbase, 6sense, Sendosa, & Alycs
    • Ability to balance strategy and hands on execution.
    • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, with the ability to wear many hats.
    • Strong presentation and communications skills— you are comfortable working directly with current customers and target accounts as well as internally with leadership. 
    • Experience measuring and optimizing ABM, email and general campaign performance
    • Can thrive in times of ambiguity and is willing to pitch in to help in other areas of marketing outside of core responsibilities
    • Collaborative mindset who can partner with a wide-range of teams and individuals, including senior leadership and executive audiences
    • Detail-oriented and analytical minded. You have developed systems to not only keep your projects on track, but to report on their efficacy and suggest pivots as necessary.  You love "nerding-out" about the technical side of marketing and get a rush from optimizing a campaign or process.
    • Highly collaborative & curious. You view marketing and sales as the same team and crave feedback from your sales colleagues so you can better understand their world because you are genuinely interested. You use input from the front lines to create your next great campaign.
    • Strong sense of ownership. You love working in a fast-paced environment where everyone rolls up their sleeves and owns their own success. While you are collaborative in nature, you also have a high comfort level operating autonomously and are excited about making an impact. Solving new problems and working on things you've never worked on before fuels your energy.
