About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to join our team as an individual contributor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of community-driven growth, data-backed performance marketing, and operational excellence.
In this role, you will drive customer acquisition and pipeline growth by running inbound campaigns, conversion-focused lifecycle programs, and network marketing strategies, while also owning the tools, processes, and analytics that power our broader marketing engine. You’ll be responsible for creating scalable programs that connect with the right audiences and ensuring our marketing infrastructure supports performance and reporting at every level.

Responsibilities
Growth and Community Marketing
- Lead and scale network and community-based marketing programs that drive engagement, trust, and qualified leads.
- Identify and nurture relationships with key communities, professional groups, and strategic partners aligned with our target audience.
- Create and execute campaigns that leverage ecosystem partners, events, and grassroots channels to drive awareness and conversions.
Performance Marketing
- Plan and manage paid and organic campaigns with a focus on measurable growth and ROI.
- Optimize targeting, creative, and offers through continuous testing and iteration.
- Report on key performance metrics and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Marketing Operations
- Own and manage marketing technology stack, including campaign tracking, lead flow, automation, and attribution.
- Maintain clean and efficient marketing data structures to support accurate reporting and lead handoff to sales.
- Collaborate with sales ops and rev ops to align marketing activities with revenue goals.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure campaign success, channel performance, and ROI.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, community/network marketing, and marketing operations, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and campaign optimization.
- Proven ability to drive pipeline with a focused budget.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, Google, and Google Analytics(e.g., HubSpot, Google AdWords, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker, Segment).
- Strong analytical mindset and experience managing reporting, lead flow, and campaign operations.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Background in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or service-based industries.
- Familiarity with community-led growth and grassroots marketing tactics.
- Experience managing budgets and paid performance channels.
$125,000 - $145,000 a year
Side takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. This range is not inclusive of our equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
