    • Serve as the voice of the customer across the organization, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather input, validate ideas, and refine product direction.
    • Support sales, marketing, and client services by providing product expertise, demos, and go-to-market strategies.
    • Maintain fluency in the data architecture, financial workflows, and compliance-related needs of hedge funds, private equity, and private credit managers.
    • Deep understanding of CLO structures, cash flow waterfalls, borrowing base deal terms, and associated data/reporting complexities.
    • Navigate and support a product ecosystem that includes OMS, trade capture, issuer pages, compliance, tax lots, and allocation models.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • 10+ years of experience in product management or product leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior/executive role within a B2B SaaS or FinTech organization.
