Siepe is seeking an experienced individual with a strong business acumen to execute a variety of operational objectives. As a member of the Siepe team, you will work closely with our product groups performing the day-to-day functions, identifying operational improvements, and supporting the various lines of business. Services include but are not limited to data collection, reconciliation, and client driven reporting.   

Responsibilities

    • Read and interpret all governing deals and credit documents. 
    • Model payment calculations for various reporting platforms. 
    • Generate and review various types of client reporting. 
    • Data mapping and reconciliation resolution. 
    • Perform quality control review for data, reporting, and other accuracy standards. 
    • Design efficient quality control metrics and performance targets. 
    • Manage transactions ensuring all notifications are actioned and communicated accordingly. 
    • Work can average 45-50 hours per week.

Qualifications

    • A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting is preferred.
    • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
    • Advanced knowledge of all asset class transactions and payment requirements.
    • Advanced knowledge of the Loan Settlements process and platforms.
    • Advanced knowledge of CDO Compliance calculations and modeling.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office products with intermediate knowledge of Excel is required.
    • Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for current or future sponsorship.
