This role partners closely with the Chief People Officer and Director of People Operations to deliver scalable, people-first programs that reflect Siepe’s culture and support team connection. It requires someone who brings structure to fast-moving environments, thrives in cross-functional collaboration, and cares deeply about the employee journey. This is a highly organized, execution-focused role that blends strategic coordination with empathy, clarity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

    • Help lead the Culture Committee in partnership with Workplace Experience, including organizing events, building engagement calendars, and gathering feedback.
    • Coordinate communications and follow-ups for key people milestones and campaigns (e.g., surveys, career week, leadership development rollouts).
    • Track key culture data points and feedback trends to inform People priorities.
    • Help bring company values to life through thoughtful experiences, internal campaigns, and alignment of People programs with cultural priorities.
    • Own and evolve new hire onboarding surveys and post-hire check-ins (30/60/90-day).
    • Monitor early-stage onboarding feedback, trends, and engagement and share insights with Recruiting and People leadership.
    • Partner with Recruiting, People Ops, and Workplace Experience to ensure a consistent employee experience across preboarding, orientation, and onboarding handoffs.
    • Maintain new hire resources (e.g., onboarding guide, team FAQs, SharePoint content) and improve clarity across onboarding touchpoints.
    • Identify opportunities to evolve existing practices and develop scalable, tech-enabled workflows that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
    • Coordinate pulse surveys, engagement check-ins, and manager feedback moments in collaboration with the CPO.
    • Assist with communication, reporting, scheduling, and documentation related to annual reviews or culture surveys.
    • Help develop, maintain, and communicate people policies that reflect our values and ensure compliance with employment law across jurisdictions.
    • Own or support people-related reporting and metrics to inform decision-making and identify trends or opportunities.
    • Maintain internal People documentation, guides, and SharePoint resources to ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility.
    • Support the development and distribution of People team communications and campaigns (e.g., org updates, program launches, internal messaging).
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure People-related messaging is timely, accurate, and aligned across teams.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Communication, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in People Ops, employee engagement, internal communications, or program coordination roles.
    • Experience supporting employee programs (e.g., onboarding, culture initiatives, surveys, or manager enablement).
    • Strong project coordination skills and a proactive approach to bringing structure to team processes.
    • Familiarity with common HR tools (e.g., Paylocity, SharePoint, Excel/Google Sheets, survey platforms).
    • Exceptional communication and documentation skills, with a sharp eye for tone, clarity, and consistency.

    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with a people-first, customer-service mindset.
    • Highly organized with strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
