Siepe is a rapidly growing, Dallas-based SaaS company, specializing in developing tech-enabled solutions for firms in the hedge fund and financial services industry. Our mission is to deliver a single source of truth from which investment managers can find strategic, actionable insights to drive competitive advantage and business growth.

We are a profitable company and offer competitive compensation and benefits while also providing an opportunity for advancement in a growing business.

We’re looking for a People Operations Program Manager to join our People & Culture team and help shape the employee experience at every stage of the journey. In this role, you’ll own core HR operations, manage compliance-related workflows, and support initiatives that foster engagement, recognition, and connection across the company.

This is more than a traditional HR role - it’s an opportunity to make a tangible impact by improving day-to-day experiences, supporting processes, and laying the groundwork for scalable programs across onboarding, compliance, culture, and beyond. You’ll be a trusted partner to the People & Culture team, helping ensure that our values are embedded in the way we hire, onboard, support, and grow our people - every step of the way.

If you have 3+ years of experience in HR or People Operations and you're ready to make an even greater impact, this role is for you! You’ll thrive here if you enjoy bringing clarity to fast-moving teams, streamlining processes, and driving both operational excellence and culture-building initiatives.

Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and help continuously improve a smooth, welcoming onboarding process in partnership with Recruiting - including background checks, employment eligibility verification, reference checks, and new hire orientations.
    • Manage the offboarding experience with attention to detail, processing terminations accurately, updating systems, and ensuring a respectful transition.
    • Contribute to building a strong, connected culture by supporting initiatives that foster belonging, recognition, and engagement - from new hire integration to team events and pulse surveys.
    • Partner with the People & Culture team to help amplify programs that bring our values to life.
    • Support policy development, implementation, and updates that reflect both company values and legal requirements across federal, state, local, and international employment law.
    • Help maintain compliance through accurate documentation, support for audits, and a consistent approach to process execution.
    • Maintain accurate employee data and records in our HR systems, ensuring updates are timely and compliant.
    • Contribute to process efficiency by identifying gaps, suggesting improvements, and supporting the implementation of tech-enabled workflows.
    • Assist with regular reporting and employee survey coordination to support data-informed decision-making.
    • Act as a go-to resource for employee questions, providing clear guidance on policies, procedures, and general HR support.
    • Use sound judgment and a people-first approach when handling sensitive situations and escalating issues appropriately.
    • Work closely with Recruiting, People & Culture, and team leaders to support HR programs and ensure a cohesive employee experience.
    • Bring a proactive, collaborative mindset to cross-functional efforts, helping to streamline operations and deliver people-focused solutions.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a Generalist/Coordinator role, ideally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; program management experience is a plus.
    • Familiarity with employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Solid knowledge of employment laws (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA) and HR compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
    • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and HR tools, along with strong working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Teams and Google workspace.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.

Skills

    • A bias for action and ownership - you take initiative, follow through, and raise the bar.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with a people-first, customer-service mindset.
    • Highly organized with strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
    • Collaborative and curious - you enjoy working cross-functionally and constantly look for ways to improve the employee experience.
We are proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports your well-being both inside and outside of work. Enjoy paid holidays and vacation, 401k matching, and bonus opportunities, as well as access to our learning & development program to help you grow your career. Additional perks include daily catered lunches, monthly celebrations, quarterly offsite events, and annual holiday parties. We also provide a generous employee referral program.
