Siepe is looking for an experienced individual with a strong business acumen to execute a variety of operational objectives. As a member of the Asset Administration team, you will work closely with our product groups, performing the day-to-day functions, identifying operational improvements, and supporting the various lines of business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Read and interpret agent bank notices, credit agreements, and other governing credit documents.
- Manage transactions for various asset classes and ensure all notifications are accurately processed.
- Understand and resolve complex credit transactions.
- Respond to the needs of clients and other third parties, while collaborating with the respective internal teams.
- Maintain and establish new performance targets and quality control metrics.
- Comply with and enforce standard policies and procedures.
- Promote knowledge sharing and development.
- Assist with projects, implementations and business requirements as needed to enhance product efficiencies and maintain client satisfaction.
- Assist with effectively scaling operations to manage a growing client base and team.
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience using Solvas Portfolio software (formerly CDO Suite) or an equivalent asset tracking system.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Extensive knowledge of multiple asset class transactions and processing requirements.
- Familiarity with the loan settlements process and settlement platforms.
- Great time management skills and attention to detail, with a mastery of following through on assigned tasks.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly motivated self-starter, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or accounting preferred.
- Must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
