Operational Support Technicians will be providing daily support of the client’s program, which entails software application support, hardware support, and inventory management.    

Key Accountabilities

    • Software application Support - this includes data entry mining, report generation, tier 1 diagnosis
    • Hardware support - this includes testing of hardware, configuration of devices, activating and installing devices, and tier 1 diagnosis
    • Inventory management - month end inventory count, reconciliation of count to software application, shipping and receiving
    • Highly detail-oriented regarding all aspects of support and inventory management work-ability to accommodate other duties as assigned in relation to the Client's overall program
    • Travel to other sites may be required, as well as field installation, field recovery of units, and emergency response deployment

Required Education & Competencies

    • 2 Year Technical Degree or equivalent
    • 2 Years of Technical Experience
    • Working knowledge of Windows application
    • Experience in using testing equipment
    • High Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy
    • Builds great and lasting customer relationships
    • Works well in a fast paced environment
    • Well organized and efficient
    • High Attention to detail
    • Learns software applications and hardware devices readily
    • Able to lift 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
