Position/Assignment Purpose

    • Deliver significant Year on Year EMEA Services Revenue growth by leading and defining the strategic and tactical growth of the Sierra account portfolio.
    • Work intimately with our Customer to understand their strategy and how Sierra can enable our customer to win in their markets with our IoT Solutions
    • Work with our people, partners and products to enable our customers growth month by month and year by year
    • Footprint is driven by customers in EMEA in Spain, France, Italy and wider Southern EU countries.

    • -     Be clear on our customers strategy and plans
      -     Define and implement IoT solutions to enable their growth
      -     Create significant long-term value for both parties
      -     Win win approach.

    • Be the customer champion in region
    • -      Lead our people in region- work cross functional to ensure focus, engagement and support remains high for our customers
      ·         EMEA Services Growth Strategy and Plan- South deliver significant new recurring revenue from 2022
      - identify a very small set of opportunities that Sierra can focus on to drive top line growth beyond the existing services customer base profile.
    • -     Identify opportunities, confirm right to win, roadmap to enable and deliver
    • Strategic account management expert
    • Coach and deliver best partcuce account management practice across the team

Key Accountabilities/Statement of Work

    • ·          Enable our Customers to Win – Create Long Term Growth
    • -     Be clear on our customers strategy and plans
    • -     Define and implement IoT solutions to enable their growth
    • -     Create significant long term value for both parties
    • -     Win win approach.
    • KPI New growth project Designs Wins (LTARR/ISCV)

    • ·         Enable our Customers to Win – Drive Revenue in Year
    • -     Be clear on our customers strategy and plans
    • -     Define and implement IoT solutions to enable their growth
    • -     Create significant long term value for both parties
    • -     Win win approach.
    • KPI Revenue +20% Year on Year

Required Education, Experience and Competencies

    • IoT & Services- deep market and commercial experience in the IoT and Services market
    • Impact + Results- clear experience of defining, leading high impact strategic/ commercial results
    • General Manager- deep experience of working inside (direct, virtual, across functions) and with external partners to deliver real results
    • Strategic and regional Sales Experience- High impact Sales leadership through all phases. Pan EU Regional and local.
    • EMEA experience- deep experience of EMEA IoT market

    • MBA
    • Languages- we have a key focus on France, UK, Spain, Italy
