Dream Smile is hiring a full-time Dental Treatment Coordinator. We have a well-established office with a great team and patients!
Some of your daily responsibilities will be:
Treatment planning and financial discussions with patients
Schedule & confirm appointments
Update patient personal insurance information
Enter payments & personal insurance onto patient accounts
Prepare daily deposits
Run A/R reports and insurance
Job Qualifications:
2+ years of dental experience
Computer skills and comfort with technology
Experience with Dentrix (Dentrix Ascend) preferred
Personable and professional communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Experience with Microsoft Office
Our opportunity offers:
$25 to $28 per hour
Tuesday- Wednesday 6:30am -4:30pm Thursday 6am-4:30pm Fridays 6:30am-12:30pm. Some Mondays checking messages or wrapping up unfinished work 1-3 hours
