We are seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Configuration Specialist to lead configuration and sustainment of Oracle ERP modules in support of the U.S. Marine Corps. This role involves analyzing business needs, implementing RICECPW changes, and ensuring system integrity across environments. Ideal candidates bring deep Oracle EBS expertise, Agile experience, and a passion for mission-critical ERP delivery.

Required Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
    • 7–10 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
    • Deep expertise in configuring and maintaining Oracle EBS RICECPW components
    • Experience leading configuration efforts in Agile/DevSecOps environments
    • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, workflows, and integration points
    • Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity, STIG compliance, and audit readiness. Leadership experience managing teams and driving technical outcomes.

Desired Skills

    • Experience with Oracle EBS 12.2+, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Oracle Grid Infrastructure
    • Knowledge of Oracle Real Application Clustering (RAC), Oracle Enterprise Manager, and OUM methodology
    • Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, GitLab, HP ALM) and CI/CD pipelines
    • Familiarity with Marine Corps logistics, supply chain, or maintenance processes"
$135,000 - $144,000 a year
At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.

The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
