We are hiring a Journeyman Data Analyst to support enterprise operations by ensuring data quality, monitoring interface performance, and supporting audit and compliance efforts. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze Oracle EBS data, resolve data issues, and deliver insights that drive operational efficiency.

Required Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
    • 4–6 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a federal or ERP environment
    • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2) data structures and reporting
    • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
    • Familiarity with data quality management, interface monitoring, and audit support
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
    • Active DoD Secret Clearance. Shift - Day: reporting and dashboards; Swing: trend analysis, backlog cleanup

Desired Skills

    • Experience supporting 24/7 operations or shift-based environments
    • Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps environments
    • Experience with data reconciliation, root cause analysis (RCA), and interface control documents (ICDs)
    • Knowledge of audit compliance frameworks and data traceability
    • Exposure to system integration and external data exchange processes
$105,000 - $114,000 a year
At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
 
We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
